Prices and currency

Product prices are shown in GBP. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final total are displayed before an order is submitted. We ship worldwide.

Payment methods

Only payment methods actually shown at checkout are accepted. Availability may vary by country and device. An order will not be dispatched without successful payment authorisation and confirmation.

Payment security

Payments are processed by the providers configured in Shopify checkout. Never send card numbers or security codes to our support email or contact form.

Refunds and queries

Refunds follow the Returns & Refunds policy and applicable law and are made to the original payment method. Your bank or provider may take additional processing time. Contact us if a statement entry is unclear; this does not limit your lawful dispute rights.

Order verification

We may verify or decline suspicious orders using proportionate measures and will explain any cancellation and refund where appropriate.
