Free worldwide delivery

We offer free tracked standard delivery worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend and no discount code required. Shipping costs are included in our product prices, so there is no additional standard shipping charge at checkout.

Delivery timeline

• Order handling: 1–2 business days.
• Transit after dispatch: 6–8 business days.
• Estimated total delivery: 7–10 business days from ordering.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery can vary by product, supplier and destination; customs or carrier delays can extend the estimate. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Tracking your order

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Visit our Track Your Order page to look up your order or enter your tracking number. Updates appear after the carrier scans your parcel.

Delivery problems

If an order is late, missing or damaged, email info@nuzzlypet.com with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. We remain responsible for delivery until the goods reach you or someone you nominated, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Taxes and import charges

Free delivery covers the standard shipping charge. Applicable taxes or import charges are separate and depend on the destination. Any additional charges collected by us will be disclosed before purchase.
