Using our store

NuzzlyPet is operated by The Full Cart Direct Ltd. Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when ordering or contacting us. Do not interfere with its security or infringe the rights of others.

Products and orders

Read the description and sizing information before ordering. Images may vary slightly by display; goods must match their description. An order acknowledgement is not necessarily acceptance. The final order confirmation will describe when the contract is accepted. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP. The checkout shows the total and applicable taxes and delivery charges before payment. Prices may change for future orders; accepted orders are not changed retrospectively. Genuine pricing errors will be explained and any cancellation handled in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds page explain delivery estimates, cancellations and remedies. Risk remains with us until delivery as required by applicable consumer law.

Responsible use

Choose products suited to your pet and follow supplied instructions. Supervise toys and accessories where appropriate. Dental tools do not replace veterinary care.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by breach of our contract or failure to use reasonable care as required by law.

Privacy and content

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property rights; use it only with appropriate permission.

Changes and disputes

Updated terms apply to future use and orders, not retrospectively to existing contracts without a lawful basis. Mandatory rights and access to the courts or dispute remedies available in your home jurisdiction are preserved. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern.
