We process information you give us in support enquiries and, when selling is enabled, contact, delivery, order and payment-status information needed to fulfil purchases and handle returns. Shopify provides the store platform and may process technical information such as IP address, device information, essential cookies and store activity.

We rely on contract necessity for orders, legitimate interests for proportionate customer support and security, legal obligations for required records, and consent where required for optional marketing or non-essential cookies. We do not receive full payment-card details through the theme’s contact form.

Sharing and international processing

Shopify processes store information to provide its services. Order fulfilment may require sharing necessary delivery details with the chosen supplier and carrier. Children and updates

We use Track123 to provide shipment tracking. It can access customer contact details, order and fulfilment records and technical activity data to provide its service.
